What is our address?
Bedford Way,WC1H 9EU. We are located underneath the Art deco Tavistock Hotel, which is on the corner of Bedford Way.

Does your venue cater for children’s parties?
Yes, but our license doesn’t allow children in the venue after 7pm Fridays and Saturdays and after 8pm Sunday to Thursday. We require a minimum ratio of one adult to three children over the age of 10, and one adult to two children under ten. For under sevens, we don’t recommend groups of over 10. Under 18’s must always be accompanied in the venue.
How do I inquire about prices?
We charge either per game or by lane by the hour. Please call one of the numbers listed or email email@example.com. Rates vary according to day, time of day, and number of lanes required.
When are the most frequent nights we feature live bands and/or DJ’s?
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
I’m looking at hosting a corporate event at your establishment and am entertaining very important clients; can you offer my group waitress service?
The diner offers full waitress service for bookings and walk-ins alike. The bar is very close to the lanes, so drink can easily be ordered there whilst you are bowling.
How do I book a lane / karaoke room?
You can phone us on 0207 183 1979. The best time to phone the booking line is in the morning as as we get a vast amount of calls in the afternoon. Alternatively you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does your venue do food service?
We have an American diner menu with the classic burgers, salads and pizzas (our burger was twice voted in the top three burgers in London in our first year.)
Can your venue cater for private functions?
Subject to availability we offer the venue on an exclusive basis any day of the week ( parties of up to 450 people ), however rates do vary accordingly. Or there is the Kingpin Suite which is perfect for private functions ( up to 280 people ). Check out www.kingpinsuite.com for more information.
When hiring lanes do shoes cost extra?
Are your private karaoke rooms available to hire?If so how much do they cost, what’s available and how do I go about booking?
Every day, from £40- £80 per hour. Please note that we only book our karaoke rooms for a minimum of 2 hours. From Monday to Friday before 4pm ( Jan-Nov only ) and all day on Sundays we offer half price hire rates ( min hire 2 hours ). How long does a game of bowling usually last?
10 minutes per person, hence we suggest 6 per lane so that it takes an hour to play a game each.
If wanting to plan a event with live music and or promoters who should I contact?
Please send all enquiries to the main email address firstname.lastname@example.org and they will forward them on to the events manager for you.

There is also a cashpoint next door in the hotel lobby of the Royal National Hotel.
Can you eat/drink at the lanes/ karaoke rooms?
Yes – we don’t recommend having too much food in the karaoke rooms though!
Terms and Conditions
If you arrive after the starting time of your booking this will be taken from play time.
Please note that no under 18s are allowed in the venue after 20.00 Sunday-Thursday and 19.00 Friday-Saturday.
We are unable to offer any refunds once payment is made, if there is a need for you to cancel your booking then please let us know 48 hours in advance and we will then be able to reschedule your booking for up to 6 months. Failure to let us know before 48 hours will mean that you are no longer entitled to a reschedule.
On Fridays and Saturdays admittance to the venue will only be allowed on viewing ID. ID is required to purchase alcohol within the venue at all times. It is prohibited to bring food or drink from outside the venue.
